Our Site Leaders are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives. The Site Leader is responsible for all aspects of operation or functions at the site.. Additional responsibilities Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of direct management experience - 6+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience - Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations Preferred: - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions, or experience with technical writing - Experience leading large contingent workforce programs - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
