Our Site Leader responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives. The Site Leader is responsible for all aspects of operation or functions at the site. Additional responsibilities Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations - Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment Preferred: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience leading large contingent workforce programs - Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity - Experience hiring candidates, mentoring and developing employees in their careers Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
