Our Multi-Site Leaders are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for multiple facilities. Their responsibilities include managing and leading teams across various Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience - 7+ years of direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment - Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies - Prior experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations - Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays Preferred: - Degree in Engineering, Operations or related technical field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred - Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situation - Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple buildings across the nation - Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons - Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
