Site EHS Manager III

We’re seeking Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations - 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management Preferred: - Distribution Center or Manufacturing WHS experience with mix of exempt and non-exempt employees at a site of at least 250 people - Master’s degree - Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment. - Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization - Certified Safety Professional - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders. - Ability to develop and implement department goals and strategies - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
