Signal Integrity & Power Integrity Engineer, Amazon Leo

From individual households to Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in signal integrity design and simulation of high-speed interfaces such as DDR, Ethernet, JESD, and PCIe. - Hands-on experience using EM SIPI simulation tools such as ANSYS, ADS, Hyperlynx, Sigrity, etc. - Experience using VNAs, oscilloscopes, and high-fidelity probing techniques. - Experience participating in schematic and design reviews. - Experience with schematic and layout ECAD tools – Mentor Xpedition preferred Preferred: - Experience in PDN design, simulation, and lab validation for power integrity - Demonstrated design innovation in complex board design - Experience in with silicon and package-level signal and power integrity analysis Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
