As AWS customers shift from console-based building to AI-augmented and agent-primary workflows, this role sits at the forefront of that transformation. You will lead research that shapes agentic products Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact experience - 5+ years of supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research experience - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - PhD in HCI or Behavioral Science or related field - Experience conducting B2B research - Fluency in triangulating customer insights with telemetry data Preferred: - Experience in a technical field (software development, network development, IT, other related) - Experience working with a large-scale technology platform - Experience working with agent-supported, non-deterministic experiences - Experience with metrics or behavioral segmentation - Ability to work with Python or equivalent programming languages Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
