Senior UX Designer, Talent Acquisition Tech

Amazon's Talent Solutions Product Design & Research team is looking for a Senior UX Designer who thrives in ambiguity, can operate with limited guidance, and brings deep craft expertise to solve complex Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of design experience - Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity - Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps - Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature - Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards - Experience solving complex design problems with limited guidance across multiple products or a complex product suite. - Experience leading design projects from strategy through execution, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and CX specifications. - Experience influencing partner teams and contributing to organization-level design strategy. - Proficiency with current accessibility standards. Preferred: - Experience defining or refining interaction patterns and design standards that scale across multiple teams. - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience designing intelligent, data-driven interfaces. - Experience with marketplace, two-sided platform, HR, or hiring product domains. - Full understanding of an organization's technical systems and ability to decouple complex dependencies. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
