Retail Business Services (RBS) supports Amazon's Retail business growth worldwide by enhancing customer and selling partner experiences. The tech team in RBS develops automation products that leverages Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience - Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design - Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices - Experience shipping innovative, successful consumer products Preferred: - Master's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Master's degree - Experience designing for AI/ML products — conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, automation workflows, or human-in-the-loop review tools - Familiarity with LLM capabilities and constraints as they relate to UX (e.g., prompt-driven interactions, confidence thresholds, error handling for non-deterministic outputs) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
