Senior UX Designer, Amazon Delivery Experience

We are designing the experiences that power Amazon's worldwide delivery network-enabling the delivery of billions of packages to customers in record speeds, and providing for a safe, efficient, and rewarding Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of design experience - Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices - Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps - Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature - Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity - Experience using AI tools to work and design, and experience designing AI-powered solutions Preferred: - Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
