Join Elastic Block Store (EBS), the solid-state drive for the Internet, which stores exabytes of data for millions of customers around the world running GenAI training and inference, large-scale data processing, Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps - Experience in software development, or experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Preferred: - Experience leading highly-available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments - Experience managing capacity for constrained computing infrastructure (servers, storage drives) - Knowledge of block storage devices, network protocols, and/or Linux operating system concepts - Knowledge of Gen AI concepts and experience working with Gen AI tools (agents, MCP servers, prompt engineering, vibe coding) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
