Senior Supply Chain Program Manager, Amazon Leo

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience - Experience creating an innovative global supply strategy for the organization resulting in a tangible benefit to the business - Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent - 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations - Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating implementation across multiple geographies - Experience with data analytics, establishing program metrics, and using data to drive prioritization, reporting, and decision-making Preferred: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners - Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent) - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification with demonstrated application to supply chain processes - Experience with hardware deployment for telecommunications, satellite, or critical infrastructure environments - Experience with global logistics, trade compliance, and spare parts or aftermarket supply chains - Experience defining program strategy, end-to-end roadmaps, and contributing to organizational planning - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
