Senior Station Manager, RSR

RSR Sr. Station Leaders are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an RSR Delivery Station. Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 7+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience, or experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes - 5+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience - 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience - Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience managing third party resources on a regional/national scale - Experience leading large contingent workforce programs - Work flexible hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays Preferred: - Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up - Experience working with changing priorities and schedules - Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field, or 8+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
