Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, RME

In every shift, you’ll be leading a team to make sure everyone has the equipment they need and that it’s running properly. That involves monitoring processes so that regulations and policies are followed Basic qualifications: - NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, or completed a 4-year UK certified apprenticeship - SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, or completed a 4-year UK certified apprenticeship - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks - Relevant experience in a technical leadership role - Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines - Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments - Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English Preferred: - Experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead - Experience managing change in a multiple site environment and across multiple direct reports - Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)-controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment - Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
