In this Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or another related field - Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment - Experience in commercial transactions Preferred: - Data centre, industrial or land development experience. - International real estate experience in EMEA. - Master's degree or equivalent professional certification (MRICS) in Real Estate, Development, Management or Urban Planning or a related field.
