Amazon IN Stores is seeking an innovative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive organizational success through expert HR guidance, working closely with the business leaders from the SPS business.In this Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - 5+ years of employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment law experience - Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization - Experience leading and influencing the data strategy of your team or organization Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field - Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching - Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change - Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment - Experience working cross-functionally and across regions - Experience owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines - Experience in organizational leadership and development or talent management, with experience in a senior leadership role - 4+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience - Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
