Senior Project Manager - Construction , Data Center Planning & Delivery

You've found an opportunity that could define your next chapter.Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance with the ability Basic qualifications: - 7+ Years of work experience in design and construction management experience. - Experience in program management in mission critical facilities. - Experience in reading and interpreting construction related drawings for all disciplines. - Experience in carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment/mass production. Preferred: - Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Experience in mission critical projects (data centres, semi-conductor, hospitals, oil and gas). - Knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations including Fire Codes, Building Codes, Energy Efficiency Codes, Sanitary Codes and Safety Codes. - Previous vendor and contractor/subcontractor negotiation and management skills associated with construction and project execution. - Experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
