In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs Basic qualifications: - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Knowledge of general AI tools - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field - 5+ years program management experience Preferred: - Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) - Experience in driving process and tool improvements - Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams - Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients - Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
