Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Fulfillment Optimization

The JP Fulfillment Optimization (FO) team owns the levers that determine how efficiently customer orders are fulfilled across Japan's network. This role identifies the gaps that prevent ideal fulfillment Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Strong analytical capabilities with experience in complex system optimization - Proven track record of driving transformational change - Experience in balancing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders - Excellence in data-driven decision making and financial modeling - Proficiency in English Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience in retail operations or e-commerce - Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning - Understanding of customer behavior and economic principles Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
