Senior Program Manager, Social Responsibility, WW Operations

JP Operations is seeking a Sr. Program Manager with a proven delivery record and project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional projects and programs. This role requires scoping Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - 5+ years’ cross functional experience, especially procurement, social responsibility, supply chain risk, planning, project management or customer/supplier management - 5 +years’ experience in cross-functional and international project management, handling complex change initiatives - 5+ years’ experience working with a variety of internal stakeholders, often with competing priorities - Business level of English Preferred: - Master's degree - Passion for Amazon and commitment to delighting customers - Excellent written and verbal communication - Strong business acumen, including strong problem solving and analytical skills and self-initiative - Ability to identify and resolve issues independently- solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment - The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results. - Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships, interface, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization - Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture - Business level of Japanese Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
