Senior Program Manager, Global Ops Enterprise Services (GOES), Infrastructure Program Management Office (PMO)

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support project planning and execution for the continued capacity expansion of our Global Fulfillment network. As part of the Infrastructure Program Management Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of program or project management experience - 6+ years of leading large complex programs experience - 6+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience - 6+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - 3+ years of Tableau or equivalent tools experience - Knowledge of general AI tools - PMP certificate Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
