Amazon Manufacturing Services (AMS) is building an internal advanced manufacturing capability to accelerate Amazon’s hardware innovation—delivering rapid, high-quality fabrication and assembly services Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred: - 3+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience - Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent - Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement principles & techniques - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change - Master's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or Master's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
