The International Seller Services team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead Selection Economics and growth.In this role, you will lead Amazon's strategy to drive third-party selection growth in Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred: - Experience with LLMs, agentic AI systems, or generative AI applications in a product management capacity, including defining requirements for AI-powered automation and making build-vs-buy decisions for ML components in production systems. - Familiarity with AI/ML-driven matching, recommendation, or marketplace optimization systems (e.g., demand-supply matching, knowledge graphs, RAG architectures) and ability to translate science outputs into scalable product features. - Experience designing human-in-the-loop AI systems, defining automation boundaries, establishing trust/safety guardrails, and measuring AI performance through precision, recall, coverage, and customer outcomes. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
