Amazon Global Supply Chain and Transportation Procurement (GSCTP) is seeking a Senior Procurement and Strategy Manager to oversee Vendor Sourcing and Management responsibilities. This role will focus on Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of procurement experience - 5+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience - 5+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience - Experience developing or utilizing AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven technologies to improve procurement or supply chain workflows - Business-level Japanese language proficiency in reading, writing, and meetings - Business-level English language proficiency in reading, writing, and meetings Preferred: - Master's degree - 5+ years of transportation and supply chain experience - Experience negotiating complex, multi-year logistics agreements with major carriers or logistics service providers - Demonstrated experience developing or scaling AI/automation tools in a procurement or supply chain context.
