RTA own the products and programs Basic qualifications: - Experience in risk management methodologies and process improvement initiatives - Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - 5+ years of experience in privacy, regulatory, or risk and compliance roles. - Working knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU ePrivacy Directive, EU Digital Markets Act (DMA) and EU Digital Services Act (DSA), US State Privacy law and/or other relevant legislation. - Experience operationalizing and/or managing global regulatory requirements - Record of delivery of regulatory-driven process improvement projects with technology processes and/or major tech companies. Preferred: - Relevant Privacy or compliance certifications (e.g., CIPP/E CIPP/US etc). - Experience evaluating the design and effectiveness of controls. - Experience in working directly with auditors for compliance assessments. - Bachelors degree preferred.
