Join Amazon Japan's Dynamic Transportation Team!We're seeking a talented Planner to join JP Transportation, the core division driving Amazon Japan's transportation network. In this role at the heart of Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2+ years of Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.) experience - Experience in problem solving and data analytics - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - English: Intermediate (able to attend internal meetings, able to negotiate internally) - Japanese: Intermediate (able to attend internal meetings, able to negotiate internally) Preferred: - 6+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - 5+ years of driving process improvements experience - Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent - Experience managing competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders - Experience in Redshift, or experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP) and experience in SQL Server/MySQL Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
