Senior Operations Manager

As the Site Leader/Senior Operations Manager in a fast-paced and challenging environment, you’ll be the person who knows your area of the business Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field - Advanced degree, or Bachelor's degree - Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution logistics environments, retail, or grocery management roles - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and upper intermediate proficiency in the local language Preferred: - Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen) - Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
