You'll help build a global law enforcement engagement capability from scratch — designing the architecture that connects Amazon's security operations with policing agencies globally to disrupt organized Basic qualifications: - Experience in risk management, audit, legal, compliance or a related field including engaging with external stakeholders - Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment - Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with audit or risk program design, control environment process documentation, and control mapping Preferred: - Master's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of security-related professional, or 5+ years of security service/loss prevention/asset protection/investigations/law enforcement experience - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience leading the design, development and/or implementation of new business processes or programs Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
