Als Senior Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager:in bist Du maßgeblich Basic qualifications: - Ein Bachelorabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation entsprechend dem Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmen (EQF). - Zertifizierung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (gemäß §6 ASiG). -Kenntnis der deutschen Arbeitsschutzgesetzgebung. - Relevante Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams. - Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), in Wort und Schrift. Preferred: - Bevorzugte Qualifikationen sind nicht erforderlich, um sich bei Amazon zu bewerben. Wenn Du alle oben genannten Grundqualifikationen erfüllst, freuen wir uns auf Deine Bewerbung. - Erfahrung mit Lean-, 5S- oder Kaizen-Methoden. - Erfahrung in der Planung oder Durchführung umweltbewusster Initiativen. - Mitgliedschaft in einem Berufsverband im Bereich Arbeitsschutz. - Erfahrung in der Führung und Kommunikation mit einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kolleg:innen, Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften.
