The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is looking for an experienced strategic leader to lead a team that establishes and maintains global occupancy planning strategy, process development, Basic qualifications: - Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent - Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent - Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting - 5+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management and/or real estate financial analysis experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or another related field - Demonstrated experience developing and implementing global strategies, processes, and systems that drive organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency across multiple regions or business units Preferred: - 10+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience - Master's degree - Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
