Jako Senior Manager Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Twoja rola jest kluczowa dla wdrażania Basic qualifications: - Tytuł licencjata lub równoważny poziom kwalifikacji zgodny z Europejskimi Ramami Kwalifikacji (EQF), lub wyższe wykształcenie o kierunku BHP i co najmniej roczny staż pracy w służbie BHP, lub ukończone studia podyplomowe w zakresie BHP i co najmniej roczny staż pracy w służbie BHP. - Odpowiednie doświadczenie w przestrzeganiu lokalnych przepisów BHP. - Odpowiednie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem. - Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i bardzo dobra znajomość angielskiego (B2), w mowie i piśmie. Preferred: - Preferowane kwalifikacje nie są wymagane do aplikowania na stanowisko w Amazon. Jeśli posiadasz wszystkie powyższe kwalifikacje podstawowe, chętniej poznamy Twoją kandydaturę. - Doświadczenie z metodologiami Lean, 5S lub Kaizen. - Doświadczenie w planowaniu lub zarządzaniu inicjatywami proekologicznymi. - Członkostwo w organizacji zawodowej w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy. - Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu i komunikacji z szerokim gronem interesariuszy, w tym współpracownikami, podwładnymi i kadrą kierowniczą. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher base salary, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
