Senior Manager, Design & Build

We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on Design & Build leader to own the end-to-end design and execution. In this role, you will own the vision from concept to physical operations. You will not only Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - 10+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing design and construction management. - Demonstrated experience hiring, building, and leading internal engineering and construction teams from the ground up. - Proven track record of delivering comprehensive design packages and managing large-scale projects throughout their lifecycle. - Demonstrated ability to manage and lead external contractors, design consultants, and cross-functional internal stakeholders. Preferred: - 15+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex design and construction projects from end to end. - Deep expertise in advanced facility requirements, particularly regarding vibration control, coordinating complex MEP system integrations. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical executive stakeholders. - A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while demonstrating strong ownership and bias for action. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
