Senior Maintenance Manager

Our buildings deliver tens of thousands of products to hundreds of countries worldwide, every Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience - Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - 8+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience - 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience - 6+ years of leading multiple layer organizations experience - 6+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience - 6+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing continuous improvement (CI) experience - 6+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience Preferred: - Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification - Experience leading network level/multi-site maintenance organizations - Professional Engineering registration - Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators - Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems - Experience in project management - Experience with statistical analysis Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
