Senior Lead, Partnerships, Worldwide Sustainability

At Amazon, we’re working to be the most customer-centric Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology - 8+ years of experience leading global partnerships with high levels of complexity - 5+ years of experience driving the strategy and execution of sustainability programs at a corporation or NGO - Deep familiarity with the sustainability NGO landscape, including major organizations operating in climate, energy, water, and corporate responsibility - Outstanding judgment and exceptional social skills to build and maintain relationships across diverse audiences - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise communications and engagement plans from concept to completion - Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment Preferred: - Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders - Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
