Senior Indirect Tax Analyst, International Indirect Tax Compliance

Join Amazon's global indirect tax team in London and play a pivotal role in managing one of the most complex areas of Amazon's worldwide tax function, spanning EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. You'll work with Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of strong understanding of tax compliance principles, regulations, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level - Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department - Experience in tax with an EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) focus - Experience a compliance focused tax role in a multinational and/or professional organization Preferred: - Experience researching indirect tax issues including taxability of products and services - Knowledge of at least one data-focused technology tool, such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, Amazon QuickSight, or similar - professional tax, accounting or legal qualification (e.g., Chartered Accountant (CA), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) or similar) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
