Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to lead hardware program delivery for the Sortation Vertical. You will own the full program lifecycle for next-generation Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of technical program management experience - Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field - 5+ years of experience working directly with hardware engineering teams - Experience taking electromechanical hardware from prototype through production and field deployment Preferred: - 7+ years of technical program management experience - Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions such as material handling systems, high-speed packaging lines, or manufacturing lines - 4+ years of change management experience - Experience managing contract manufacturers and long-lead component supply chains, including translating lead-time risk into schedule impact - Experience managing NPI validation gates (EVT/DVT/PVT) and multi-site deployment launches - Experience with capital planning and procurement mechanics — purchase requisitions, capital requests, and vendor qualification - Experience owning technology handover to a maintenance or operations organization - Master's degree, MBA, or PMP certification Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
