Senior Global Commodity Manager, Silicon, Robotics Electronics Commodity Team

We apply advances in robotics and software to solve real-world problems that delight our customers' experiences in ways we Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent - 5+ years of experience in supply chain, commodity management, and supplier management in a high-volume, global manufacturing environment. - 5+ years of direct experience working with a global supply base of the relevant commodity. - Ability to review and understand engineering requirements and design documents for mechanical and electro-mechanical parts. - Experience developing, leading, and executing global supplier cost, risk, and lead time reduction strategies. - Demonstrated use of technical, analytical, and management skills to lead RFQs, supplier selection, supplier capacity planning, and supplier risk identification/mitigation in NPI programs. Preferred: - Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certificate - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements - Experience designing, implementing, and scaling workforce development programs across large-scale operations, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams - Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting - Master's degree in Business Administration, Electricasl Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
