The North American Operations (NA Ops) Real Estate Team is responsible for strategic development, Basic qualifications: - Experience in project management, real estate development, architecture/design - 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience - 8+ years of commercial real estate development or investment experience with end-to-end project lifecycle management - 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in complex development environments - 6+ years experience implementing process improvements or developing new approaches in real estate development, investment, or project management roles - Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or similar field Preferred: - Experience owning and leading significant projects from concept to deployment - 10+ years of working directly with government officials and regulatory bodies experience - Experience delivering results, setting strategy, and running a large volume and high profile business - Experience owning and leading significant projects from concept to deployment - • Master's degree in business, real estate, finance, engineering, construction management, or urban planning - Professional certification in commercial real estate (e.g., CCIM, NAIOP Development/Finance Certificate, or RPA) demonstrating expertise in real estate finance, investment analysis, and the end-to-end development process. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
