Senior Delivery Consultant, Emerging Tech

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience - Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience - 5+ years of customer experience systems engineering and implementation across contact center and broader CX platforms - 5+ years of customer experience systems design and architecting for voice, video, chat, email, SMS/text messaging, social media messaging, self service, and chatbot channels - 3+ years of hands on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, including successful integration across CX and contact center platforms Preferred: - AWS Professional level certification - Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR - Experience with automation or working with scripting languages like Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell, or equivalent - Experience leading enterprise customer's CX engagements as a trusted advisor, including executive stakeholder management - Ability to present complex technical information clearly to executives and non technical leaders - Deep configuration and integration experience across major call center systems (automated routing, IVR, workforce management, quality management, interaction and speech analytics, omni channel) - Experience designing and implementing NLP/NLU solutions in a contact center environment Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
