Senior Customer Success Specialist - Agentic SDLC, AWS Specialist and Partner Organization

AWS is seeking a Principal Customer Success Specialist - AI Driven Digital Product Delivery to lead strategic transformation initiatives for organizations adopting Amazon Kiro and AWS's generative AI platform Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines - 7+ years of experience in senior customer-facing roles including customer success management, strategic consulting, or digital transformation advisory, with direct accountability for enterprise customer outcomes - 10+ years leading complex, large-scale software development transformation or engineering modernization programs with significant technology enablement components in enterprise contexts - Proven track record developing and scaling customer success programs or transformation methodologies, including creating original frameworks adopted broadly by large teams or partner organizations - Deep expertise in enterprise software development lifecycle transformation and engineering practices modernization, with direct experience advising organizations through significant SDLC reinvention initiatives (not just tool implementations) - Demonstrated experience leading enterprise change management initiatives involving AI/automation adoption in software development contexts, including engineering culture transformation and adoption measurement - Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on engineering strategy and digital product delivery transformation (not just technology decisions) Preferred: - PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification - Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar - L300+ understanding of Amazon Kiro capabilities (AI-powered code generation, testing, documentation, architecture assistance) and the AWS Gen AI platform (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, foundational models, agentic frameworks) with ability to articulate technical capabilities in business value terms to executive audiences - 5+ years of direct experience in software development transformation, DevOps/platform engineering, or enterprise SDLC modernization initiatives at scale, with measurable outcomes achieved - Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities for software development including code generation, automated testing, documentation generation, architecture assistance, and agentic development workflows - Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex customer insights into actionable strategic frameworks with broad applicability across industries - Hands-on experience with Amazon Kiro, AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker), or comparable AI-powered development platforms in customer-facing delivery contexts - Understanding of modern software development practices (CI/CD, DevSecOps, platform engineering), cloud-native architectures, and integration patterns required for AI-driven development workflows - Experience designing large-scale organizational change management programs for engineering organizations including communication, training, and adoption - Experience building partner ecosystems and enablement programs, including co-developing transformation methodologies with strategic consulting partners - Published thought leadership in software development transformation, AI-powered development, or engineering productivity, with track record influencing product roadmaps through customer insight synthesis Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
