Senior Customer Success Manager, Consumer Electronics

This role can be located in one of our approved corporate offices in Seattle, WA. Drive measurable growth and vendor satisfaction for strategic partnerships on Amazon's retail platform. As a Senior Customer Basic qualifications: - Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments - Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of vendor or client-facing experience in Account Management, Vendor Management, and/or relevant experience in Buying, Planning, or Merchandising (or equivalent) - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Proficient in Microsoft Excel for use of data manipulation and interpretation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred: - Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain - Experience in process improvement - Experience guiding, training and mentoring others - Experience with project management - Advanced degree, certifications, or equivalent experience - Leverage internal AI tooling to drive efficiencies and expedite problem solving Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
