Our new experience brings together the Basic qualifications: - Have an available online portfolio - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, Linguistics, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio - 8+ years of experience in conversation design or VUI design - Fluent in English (written and verbal) Preferred: - Unwavering attention to detail and an acute awareness of why it matters - Experience designing for LLM-enabled customer experiences - Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines - Strong communication and collaboration skills Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
