Senior Channel Marketing Manager UK & Nordics

Ring is seeking a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to support Ring and Blink business in the UK & Nordics region. This role is in retail environment where both in-store and online experience is critical. Basic qualifications: - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership - Multiple years of experience building and managing retail marketing programs, preferably in a multinational complex organization. - Sufficient experience successfully managing external partners such as suppliers and merchandising agencies. - Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and influence stakeholders inside & outside of the immediate team. - Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities as an independent, driven self-starter within a rapidly evolving business. - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Preferred: - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint - In depth understanding of the relevant retail landscape. Experience working with key UK retailers and other offline channel partners. - Demonstrate leadership skills in all aspects of managing the customer and team members. - Promote teamwork and collaboration, show initiative, and act independently to successfully manage all relations & challenges. - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. - Strong project management skills, detail oriented and highly organized. - Strong budget management skills & long term planning.
