The Global MHE Components team within Amazon's Global Procurement Organization (GPO) secures the supplier technology, solutions, and capacity required to deliver the highly automated FC technology road-map. Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - 5+ years of developing diverse supplier strategies and executing on sourcing activities experience - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred: - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience with installer/contractor sourcing and management for multi-site deployment programs - Familiarity with Low-Cost Country (LCC) sourcing strategies and supplier development Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
