Senior Carrier Account Manager, Last Mile Account Management

Amazon Logistics(AMZL) では、アカウントマネジメント（物流領域）を担っていただける人材を募集しています。本ポジションでは、Amazon 商品のラストマイル配送に関する戦略を具現化する立案、実行、そして、配送パートナー企業の管理を行います。具体的には、担当配送パートナーとのビジネス開発に関する協議、交渉、また契約や取引に関する様々なマネジメント業務を行っていただきます。また、パートナー横断的なプロジェクトや、新規事業の開発ならびにプロジェクト推進等も担っていただき、Amazon配送ネットワークの発展・改善にパートナー企業との協業を通じてご貢献頂きます。【Amazon Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of vendor management experience - Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders - Experience with data analysis and basic Excel skills - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese Preferred: - 5+ years of people management and team development experience - Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end - Knowledge of and passion for e-commerce - Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams - Experience hiring and developing highly effective and diverse teams.
