The shift pattern for this role is Monday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as rest days. .This isn't a typical support role. As Seller Support Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to e-commerce Basic qualifications: - Experience in customer service - Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis - Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels - Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment Preferred: - Experience running metrics reports, analyzing data to identify problems and using data analysis to generate and explain metrics Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
