The AWS Hardware Supply Chain Security (HSCS) organization is looking for a Hardware Security Operations Manager who has a passion for security and the curiosity to analyze and report conclusions on the Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, or experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools - 2+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience, or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science or equivalent - 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, or experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering) - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure, or experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery Preferred: - 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, or experience in similar technical or vocational roles - Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent - Master's degree, or experience in hardware lab equipment such as digital scopes, logic analyzers, and soldering tools - Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or a GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or Security+ and experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate - 2+ years of technical work with computer systems and technology components, or 4+ years of Amazon experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
