Security Program Manager, Infrastructure Physical Security

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering or a related field - 10+ years of construction or project management, or 4+ years of electrical or mechanical engineering experience - 10-12 years' experience managing projects, operations, installation, and maintenance of regional/global physical security systems Preferred: - 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - PMP, Prince2, PgMP, SAFe or SCRUM/Agile certification - Experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs such as Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems - Certification in Lenel S2 and other equivalent Security System Platforms Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
