Security Incident Response, Security Engineer, US Amazon Dedicated Cloud Security

Amazon's Security team is looking for a Security Incident Response Analyst to detect, investigate, and respond to threats against a U.S. Government program building a purpose-built, classified AI Factory. Basic qualifications: - Experience triaging and developing security alerts and response automation, conducting front-line analysis, and providing escalation support - Knowledge of fundamentals of networking, security, databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows) - 3+ years of incident response, SOC, or security operations experience. - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph Preferred: - GCIH (GIAC Certified Incident Handler) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or Security+, or CISSP, CISA, CISM or other security certification - Experience in confidential environments - Familiarity with U.S. Government or IC incident-reporting requirements. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
