Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and five years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience with sales CRM tools including Salesforce or a similar software; (2) experience in defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies; (3) experience with sales compensation; and (4) experience with sales ICM tools including Varicent, Xactly, or a similar software (5) experience with Excel, Quick Suite (dashboarding) & SQL skills. The pay range for this position in Mountain View, CA is $100709 - $169500 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
