Practise the Robotics Field Engineer , RIVR at Amazon interview free →As a Robotics Field Engineer at Amazon RIVR, you will be the critical link between our advanced robotics technology and real-world deployment. You will serve as Tier 2 technical support, acting as the Basic qualifications: - Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust - Experience in a Linux or Unix environment - BA/BS in Engineering (Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical), Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 1+ years of experience (including internships, research, or project work) with robotics system components or electromechanical controls. - Familiarity with ROS2 or other robotics software frameworks. - Hands-on experience troubleshooting physical hardware, wiring, sensors, or electromechanical components. - Ability to review robot logs and system diagnostics to identify hardware, connectivity, or sensor errors. Preferred: - Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes - Basic understanding of distributed systems. - Prior experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 technical support role within robotics, IoT, or industrial automation. - Exposure to Amazon operations, logistics, industrial facilities, or last-mile delivery ecosystems. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
